Description: HG Whole fish or frozen in blocks of 10 kilos packed in plastic bag and master box 10 kilos.

Habitat and biology: The fridge is a pelagic and neritic fish epi and oceanic, who lives in warm waters. The larvae have a high tolerance to temperatures of at least 21.6 to 30,5C (the widest among tuna species studied), the optimal 27-27,9oC. The species has a strong tendency to form schools.
