Ocean Port Global LLC — Customer Service & Account Notifications

What you will receive

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Ocean Port Global for customer service and account notifications, including automated updates. Messages may include assistance with your account and purchases, invoices and billing notifications for your own purchases, order confirmations, status changes, dispatch notices, estimated delivery dates, delivery changes and delivery completion. Staff who enroll through the internal notifications form receive work assignments, order operations and delivery schedule alerts. This program does not send promotional or marketing messages.

Optional enrollment

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Customers use our customer signup form; staff use the internal notifications form. Enter your email and mobile number on this website, check the SMS consent box and then text OCEAN to +1 (786) 741-7587 from that handset. Your subscription requires recorded web consent and confirmation from your phone within 30 days. Service notifications begin after messaging activation. You must be authorized to use that number. If your number changes or is reassigned, contact us and stop the subscription.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, orders and deliveries. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's plan determines those charges. SMS delivery depends on carrier availability and is not guaranteed; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stop, restart or get help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out; no further program messages will follow unless you opt back in. Text START to resume a previously consented subscription. Reply HELP for support information, call 305-339-4329, or email alex@oceanportglobal.com. Ordinary replies do not change or approve orders.
