SMS Privacy Policy

How Ocean Port Global LLC handles information for customer service, invoice, order and delivery texts.

Effective September 29, 2026. This policy applies to the Ocean Port Global SMS notification program.

Information we use

We collect the email address and mobile number you provide, and whether you enroll as a customer or staff member, to administer your subscription. We record your consent text, signup time, source page and IP address; handset confirmation and opt-out events; and message identifiers and delivery status. Customer service details, invoice references, internal work assignments, and order and shipment status are used to create the messages you requested.

Purpose and sharing

We use this information to provide customer service and send invoices, account, internal work, order and delivery notifications, honor your preferences, resolve delivery problems and maintain consent records. We share the information needed to deliver messages with Twilio and participating mobile carriers, acting as messaging service providers.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers needed to deliver this SMS program. We do not sell SMS subscriber information.

Retention and protection

Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers. We retain subscription and consent records as needed to operate the program, honor opt-outs and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Opt-out suppression records may be retained so that we do not send unwanted messages.

SMS is optional and consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for assistance. Some records may need to be retained to honor your opt-out or applicable obligations.
